Also attached is the relevant section of the Land and Administration Act 1997. The provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2005 http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/wa/consol_act/pada2005236/ Describes the City's obligations as the "responsible authority" in relation to Local Planning Scheme 17. Part 11 deals with compensation and acquisition of land defined by a planning scheme.
